Follow up on the Mayor's 2006 State of the City address for 2005.
Well, I thought, I could somehow be wrong. however, I wasn't. There aren't any other Stats the Mayor could have used to conclude that "IN 2005, WE SAW MAJOR CRIME REDUCED. THE RATE OF CRIME ALSO WAS REDUCED." There just isn't any way to come to the conclusion that a TWELVE PERCENT INCREASE in crime in Flint is a 'REDUCTION IN MAJOR CRIME'!
According the the City Attorney. Those are the only stats available. Believe me when I say. I'm FULL OF STATS! LOL
Some people say I'm full of something else. But, numbers don't lie. Or do they?
